Bill would allow evidence of 'habit' (access required)

Senate Bill 331, with a host of patrons, would add a new statute, numbered Virginia Code Sect. 8.01-37.1, "relating to evidence of habit or routine practice." Apparently prompted by last year's Supreme Court decision in Ligon v. Southside Cardiology Assocs.
