Divorcing couples in Virginia may devise their own "self-executing" agreements for child support, according to the en banc Virginia Court of Appeals.
"Self-executing" agreements, which allow parents to scale back child support payments under certain circumstances, are a popular device in divorce lawyers' toolkits.
