Jury Awards $7M For Erb's Palsy Case

A Portsmouth circuit court jury has awarded a mother and her nine-year-old daughter $7.2 million for the permanent injuries the daughter suffered as a result of the inappropriate use of a vacuum extraction method during her birth in 1994.
