Hassell: GDC Judges Need 40-Hour Week

Virginia Chief Justice Leroy R. Hassell Sr. says there are a few general district judges who are not working hard enough. As a result, he has proposed establishing a 40-hour workweek for all the state's general district judiciary.
That proposal has generated bitter dissent among some judges.
