A Virginia-based consulting company with two branch offices in India cannot sue two defendants, a Colorado corporation and an Indian corporation, in Virginia because the Alexandria federal district court does not have personal jurisdiction over these two defendants, and the district court denies plaintiff's motion to reconsider its earlier dismissal of this suit.
