Criminal – Detainers – IAD – ‘Anti-Shuttling’ Provision

An Abingdon U.S. District Court dismisses a federal drug charge, without prejudice, against a defendant whose transfer between state and federal court violated the “anti-shuttling” provision of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers.
