Plaintiff manufacturer of table-tennis tables who has sued both defendant manufacturer and defendant seller, Sears Roebuck, for patent infringement in the manufacture and sale of an “Escalade Sports” table, can pursue its claims against both defendants; the Norfolk U.S. District Court denies Sears’ motion to stay the action against it under the “customer-suit exception.”
