A hunter acted in a criminally negligent manner when he unintentionally killed a camouflaged hunter while shooting a muzzleloaded rifle at what defendant hunter incorrectly thought was a turkey at a time when he knew turkey hunting was prohibited, and the Court of Appeals affirms the hunter’s conviction of involuntary manslaughter.
