  1. Excellent article. I would add that all employees should know your 30 second elevator talk so they can easily convey your firm’s uniqueness. This point was brought home to me at a recent networking event. 3 people for a small start up stumbled around when others asked what makes their firm different. If your staff doesn’t understand what makes you different, how can a client?
