In a woman’s suit alleging violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by a creditor’s claim that she must pay her ex-husband’s debt, a Richmond U.S. District judge denies the creditor access to records of a psychologist who provided marriage counseling to the woman and her ex-husband.
