  1. Good job, Judge Trenga:
    It is good that you recognized that former employees may be ham-strung by the inability to access key documents to which they formerly had access. If the pleading says it plainly, as it appears to have been done here, overrule those 12(b)6 and 12(e) motions and get down to business of litigating the case.
