    One obvious addition is Guston Hall in Fairax – the home of George Mason, the father of the Bill of Rights.

    Just a quick note of correction, the John Marshall House is owned and operated by Preservation Virginia (formerly the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities). We also own Scotchtown, the home of Patrick Henry, located in Hanover County, VA about 40 minutes from Richmond, which might be of interest to some of your readers.
