    I was able to obtain a copy of a recorded oral argument several years ago – my own – before the Va Supreme Court. Probably the Court doesn’t typically make copies or perhaps they’ve changed their policy in the past few years. But it doesn’t hurt to ask. I just wrote a letter request and provided a cassette tape. Got the copy about a week later.
