Judge washes hands of sanctions motion

Shenandoah County Circuit Judge Dennis Hupp has refused to hear the sanctions motion the county board of supervisors filed against former supervisor candidate Mark Prince. As VLW reported last month, the county board accused Prince and his lawyer of misusing the court system for political gain by pursuing, and then dropping, a freedom of information lawsuit. ...
