Tareq Salahi, the Northern Virginia vintner and polo player now famous for his uninvited attendance with his wife at a White House state dinner, left the courthouse in Front Royal today without his expensive watch.
Salahi was haled into court for a debtor’s interrogatory for a $2,000 judgment for lawn care fees. As reported by the Northern Virginia Daily , Warren County General District Judge Dale Houff granted the motion to take Salahi’s Patek Philippe watch, valued far in excess of the judgment amount according to Salahi’s attorney.
As if to add insult to injury, the Salahis returned to their car to find a ticket for an expired inspection sticker.
