In this issue, the final edition of Virginia Lawyers Weekly in 2009, we present the Most Important Opinions that we have featured from this year.

The “Important Opinions” entries are listed alphabetically, by subject matter, for easy reference. The section begins with Administrative and closes with Zoning.
