		<description>Count me as someone disappointed by a silly half hearted move that will just make getting CLE credits harder rather than more productive.  I can recall many a lawyer sitting reading newspapers in the so-called &quot;interactive&quot; sessions.

I am all for staying on top of things, but on one level you recall cannot regulate this rather than cultivate professionalism more generally.</description>
