VSB takes second pass at in-person solicitation (access required)

The Virginia State Bar’s Standing Committee on Legal Ethics will try again to revise the Rule of Professional Conduct that governs in-person solicitation. The rule now prohibits only personal injury attorneys from such solicitations, but the committee published a proposed rule in March that would have extended the ban to all attorneys.
