Two prosecutors have joined the office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Andrew Peterson joins the terrorism and national security unit. Peterson was previously an attorney for the CIA’s Office of General Counsel. He earned his law degree from New York University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
Justin Fairfax joins the major crimes unit. He previously worked for the Washington, D.C., law firm of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr. Fairfax received his law degree from Columbia and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
