Plaintiff was injured in a head-on collision on River Road in Goochland County on Feb. 13, 2009. The defendant crossed the double yellow line and struck the plaintiff’s vehicle in her lane of travel. The defendant died in the wreck. It was alleged she may have died immediately prior to crash.
