A school superintendent is dismissed as a defendant from an age discrimination suit filed by the school system’s former Director of Community Relations, a 60-year-old woman who alleges she was forced into early retirement and replaced by her 37-year-old male assistant after the superintendent told her he wanted “21st Century communication skills.”
