Woman charged with murder of husband and boyfriend

LOUISA—A Louisa County woman accused of killing her boyfriend is facing a second murder charge in the death of her husband.
A grand jury in Amelia charged 61-year-old Ulisa M. Chavers on Tuesday with first-degree murder, larceny and defiling a body.
