Gallo

Eric Gallo has joined the Virginia Beach office of Troutman Sanders as an associate to its mergers, acquisitions and business ventures practice group in. He was previously an associate with a New York law firm.

Gallo’s practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, including the representation of financial and strategic investors in public and private mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and joint venture transactions. He will also represent clients in public offerings and private placements of securities.

Gallo received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2001. He received a his law degree from the New York University in 2004.
