Philip C. Baxa joins Sands Anderson

Baxa
Philip C. Baxa has joined the Richmond office of Sands Anderson and will work with the business, finance and real estate and the business and professional litigation practice groups. He will additionally serve as an arbitrator and mediator in construction commercial and consumer matters.
Baxa earned his law degree at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia.
