    Great article- but what about veterinary malpractice? Dogs can certainly be the victims of bad medical care and it appears in Virginia, there are limits of actual damages. Vets pay some of the lowest malpractice premiums in the professional world because they don’t get sued too often. It’s costs more to hire a lawyer than to pay the vet’s bill in most cases.
