Surgery required for tendon torn as result of ankle injury – $145,000 Settlement

The plaintiff suffered an ankle injury to his medial malleolus when he was rear-ended by the defendant.
The injury caused the bone to rub against the tendon such that the tendon eventually tore and required surgery. The plaintiff made a good recovery and the case resolved shortly before the trial date.
