BLACKSBURG—The families of the victims and survivors of the April 2007 mass killings at Virginia Tech have created a nonprofit foundation
The Virginia Tech Victims Family Outreach Foundation Inc. will provide support to Tech families and survivors and reach out to other families who experience similar losses.
