The Roanoke U.S. Bankruptcy Court denied a motion for approval of a reaffirmation agreement regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee between debtors and Citifinancial Auto Corporation, as the debtors were represented by counsel at the time of signing but counsel was unwilling to sign the certification form even though the debtors wished to reaffirm.
