    “Supermedia has responded to the demand of its customers for better measures of the effectiveness of yellow page advertising with a program that assigns a unique telephone number to each ad. Calls to that number are counted as the call is routed to the main number of the advertiser.”

    Great, and every time the potential client now turned client hits “redial” are they counting that to.

    What is surprising to me is how few lawyers actually KNOW their ROI from any media. They are (most of them) just guessing.
