    Somehow, the VSB’s prosecutors seem to think that attorneys who make alternative payment arrangements present a far greater danger to the public than the risk of outrageously unfair results for people who would otherwise go unrepresented because they don’t have the up-front money for counsel.

    To paraphrase the ridiculous form letter the VSB sends to people with frivolous complaints, “…thank you for bringing this to our attention”.
