An overly enthusiastic greeting by a customer service associate at a Fairfax County Lowe’s store has resulted in a $1.2 million jury verdict for a regular customer of the store.
Alex Johnson, an employee at the store in Chantilly, rushed up behind the customer to give him a bear hug.
