		<description>I don&#039;t understand why asking a client to remove embarrassing photos of himself off of FaceBook creates an ethical problem, or how that translates to &quot;lying to the court.&quot;  I&#039;m not a p.i. lawyer, but assume the only value of the photos to the defense would be to show that the widower was not grieving. Or was it a discovery request omission?</description>
