Three bankruptcy attorneys are joining the Richmond office of Sands Anderson PC today.
Roy M. Terry Jr., John C. Smith and Elizabeth L. Gunn are moving from Durrette Crump PLC, and they will bring experience as trustees and as counsel for both debtors and creditors to the firm’s business group.
Terry is a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Richmond. He earned his law degree at the University of Richmond and his undergraduate degree is from the College of William and Mary
In addition to being a lawyer, Smith is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Boston College and his undergraduate degree in Accounting summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Gunn earned her law degree cum laude from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree cum laude from Willamette University.
In addition to the three lawyers, two paralegals and two professional assistants will be moving to Sands Anderson from the Durrette Crump firm.
