Pre-filed bills cover domestic relations, criminal law, health

The 2012 General Assembly will be convening in Richmond later this month.
Thousands of bills can be expected before the filing deadline, but members have been pre-filing bills for several months.
Here’s a look at some of the measures on the docket already:
