Plaintiff was stopped on a bridge at 2:00 a.m. after spinning out on ice. A speeding tractor-trailer broadsided her.
Plaintiff suffered mild traumatic brain injury. She had a pre-existing arteriovenus malformation which defendants alleged was her true problem.
Defendants alleged that her negligence was the sole proximate cause of the crash.
