He should have had help in the first place. I think he should be not charged w/ anything. I think a zip gun is different then a gun. What about a sling shot ? Never mind he was on the street. Try to help the soldier. You do not punish him. Just get it right. All he needs is help. Maybe needs a friend.Go get the illegals .
