Mother Loses Rights to Five Children

In proceedings to terminate mother’s rights to her five children, ages 22 months to eight years, the Court of Appeals affirms the trial court’s findings that mother received sufficient notice of the proceedings and failed to substantially remedy the conditions requiring foster care, including her illegal drug use.
