A domain name is nothing more than
&quot;street address&quot; for the Internet and should, in my view, not pose an ethical issue at all. Moreover, no reasonable consumer could possibly be mislead by a &quot;best lawyer&quot; style domain name. 

The comments about banning the use of &quot;former judge&quot; because it &quot;might imply&quot; something is a stretch. I don&#039;t
