		<description>As an attorney who is old enough to remember Justice Thomas&#039; confirmation hearings and has followed his less than distinguished career as well as his obvious obliviousness to conflicts of interest, as well as his rather naive belief that affirmative action never helped him in his career, I am rather amazed that a bar association would want to hear from him, especially a women&#039;s bar association.</description>
