In the wake of the 2012 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Dorsey v. U.S., the Norfolk U.S. District Court grants defendant’s motion for a reduction in his mandatory minimum sentence under the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010 on a cocaine distribution charge.
