Court posts audio of gay marriage arguments

The 4th U.S. Court of Appeals wasted little time getting its recording of Tuesday’s oral arguments in the Virginia same-sex marriage case posted on its website.

The recording is available as an MP3 file, so computer users can listen at their desks or download the audio for later listening on a smartphone or MP3 player.

The recording starts with presiding Judge Paul V. Neimeyer calling the case, Bostic v. Schaefer.

The other judges on the panel are Roger L. Gregory and Henry F. Floyd.

The recording is just over 70 minutes.
