Employment - Punitives Ordered for Former Employee
A former employee, shareholder and corporate officer for a car dealership violated a noncompete by forming a competing business while still employed by the dealership, and he must pay damages - including punitives - for his breach and for conversion, a Fairfax Circuit Court says.
