Marie Wilson, founder and president of The White House Project, will be the keynote speaker at the biennial conference of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association in Williamsburg Oct. 3 and 4.

Wilson will speak at the banquet at Kingsmill Resort & Spa on Oct. 4.

The White House project aims to advance women’s leadership in all communities and sectors – up to the U.S. presidency – by filling the leadership pipeline with a diverse, critical mass of women.

Conference events include continuing legal education programs and a golf tournament on Saturday with proceeds to benefit “Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.”

Registration is available online at www.vwaa.org and additional information for the golf tournament is
available from Marni E. Byrum, (703) 548-4200, mebyrum@mcquadebyrum.com.
