What happens when some smart party hears about this case and attempts to disqualify a lawyer, or forces that lawyer to expend time, energy and stress responding to a disciplinary proceeding that comes out of some deliberate attempt to disqualify?

What about the idle banter that often goes on in the halls during depositions? The type of chatter that goes on when a party and an opposing lawyer actually treat each other respectfully, recognizing that each have a well-founded position and a job to do?

The "she didn't hang up soon enough" standard is a ridiculously subjective standard. Imagine how many hours have already been consumed by productive individuals on this.
