">Court upholds suspension of lawyer’s license

The Supreme Court of Virginia upheld yesterday the 60-day suspension of a Virginia Beach lawyer for a lack of diligence in attending to the affairs of an incarcerated client.
A three-judge panel imposed the suspension on Charles L. Pincus III after hearing testimony from Pincus and the client.
