Four state senators hope to enlist other legislators in an effort to avoid partisan bickering over judicial appointments and redistricting, reports The Winchester Star. The Commonwealth Caucus is made up of two Democrats and two Republicans who agreed to support non-partisan redistricting, fairer judicial selection, and protection of the environment.
