Court records show a fourth person has died from a heroin overdose linked to a Centreville drug ring. Most of those involved are 19 or 20 years of age. The Washington Post reports that the case has unveiled the recent popularity of heroin among groups of Washington area young people.

This problem is not just present in Washington DC, but everywhere…. I lost my 19 year old nephew last year to a heroin overdose; I don’t know what these folks who try these ‘easy highs’ are thinking; I guess they are not thinking at all.
