Former Middletown Mayor Gene Dicks, along with former town maintenance supervisor Glen Miller, have been arrested for allegedly embezzling supplies and fraudulently using town equipment and labor.
Although details are not clear at this point, current Mayor Marshall J. Brown told the Northern Virginia Daily, that the embezzlement charges do not involve town funds.
