A special prosecutor today nol prossed a charge of sexual battery against Roanoke lawyer David D. Lawrence.
Lawrence was charged in May with a misdemeanor count of sexual battery. According to The Roanoke Times , the female victim alleged Lawrence forcibly groped her in an incident two months prior.
