A Vermont judge today said he would give Lisa Miller 30 days to appear with her 7-year-old daughter before he would consider ordering her jailed for contempt, reports the Associated Press .
Miller, whose last known address is in Bedford County, is the biological mother of the girl at the center of a two-state custody dispute between former lesbian partners.
